The Social Administration Center believes that recruitment is an important and strategic process and therefore prioritizes this HR support.

Our current HR specialist in recruitment is further developing within our HR department. Therefore, we are now looking for someone who wants to work as an HR specialist with the task of operationally supporting the management of the administration in recruitment. We use a competence-based and norm-critical recruitment methodology. You will also support in LAS issues related to recruitment and manage the right of precedence and the recruitment order. Coordination of the administration's placements for social work students at the University of Gothenburg is part of your assignment.

You will have local responsibility for the recruitment process and be part of working groups and networks within the City of Gothenburg, with the opportunity to influence the administration's and the city's recruitment processes!

The assignment may be broadened with other tasks included in the recruitment process and competence supply.

The Social Administration Center is a suitably sized administration with good internal collaboration. Here you will have the opportunity to get to know the administration's 50 managers. The workplace is centrally located at Skånegatan 9A where we work in fresh activity-based premises with good communication opportunities and close to lunch restaurants.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a university degree in personnel and working life or another university degree that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have several years of experience in operational work as recruitment support to managers/customers. It is meritorious if you have experience in working with norm-critical and competence-based recruitment. It is also meritorious if you have experience working in Visma recruit / Grade Varbi and Refapp / Refensa.

You take responsibility for your own and the shared tasks with the best interests of the organization and customers in focus. You take your tasks seriously, are keen to complete what you have started, and ensure that the work is carried out correctly.

You find it easy to adapt your working methods based on changed conditions and new information. You can quickly change your perspective and approach and see opportunities in changes.

You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you make an effort to present solutions. You are keen to find out what expectations exist among clients and other stakeholders and follow up to ensure these are met. You are balanced, positive, and observant in your customer interactions.

You set clear goals and plan activities and projects well in advance. You use your time effectively and work systematically, organized, and methodically. You ensure that the work is completed and follow up on the results.

The appointment will take place after the necessary decisions have been made. Interviews will be held on January 15 and 16.
